magnificent grounds perfect service rude barman poor cleaning

the hotel grounds were magnificent. our room was appointed to perfection. i particularly enjoyed the good breakfast and the perfect service provided by the entire team.

the barman is very rude and disrespectful, especially to women guests. rooms were not cleaned properly. i found the whole place needs updating.

The hotel has three pool areas to choose from. the staff at reception were helpful when i needed assistance. i appreciated the shower room made available for late departures. It helped me freshen up before my flight. there was also a lovely pebble beach near the hotel.

the all-inclusive package had some limitations. certain cocktails were not included. this created some confusion when ordering drinks at the bar.

the restaurant featured a diverse selection of dishes at each meal. i found many tasty options. there was also a large variety of drinks available at the bar to complement the dining experience.

I found great staff here. The complex includes fabulous facilities. Scenery around the hotel is fine. The hotel offers attention to details throughout the complex. We received rides to my room. I only realized it was a big hotel during mealtimes.

The hotel has really good food. Great front desk exists with friendly people taking care of guests. Sea side features easy beach access. I stayed in a suite included a private pool. A big pool gave me a lot of privacy.
